The RE-IGNITE Your Business Workshop has been designed to help Business Owners, Managers and Entrepreneurs acquire the necessary skills and principles to design and implement turnaround and growth strategies.
The 1 day intensive program will help Business Owners & Managers Re-Ignite the vision and mission of their companies and develop a path to ReGroup, ReCover, ReStore.
RE-IGNITE will lay the foundation for a turnaround strategy that will help entrepreneurs find new passion and focus as they move their companies from surviving to thriving.
The focus of the Re-Ignite Workshop is to assist enterprises facing distress due to the difficult economic climate faced by many companies in South Africa. Content for the seminar will focus on 4 key areas:
Dr Emmanuel Imevbore
Dr. Emmanuel Imevbore, the Chief Executive Officer of CEED Group and Founder of the International Coaching & Mentoring Institute (ICMI) is a management consultant, business development strategist, and organizational coach. He has at various times been a university lecturer and researcher, director of companies and consultant/adviser to several private and public sector operators across Africa, notably South Africa and Nigeria.
Emmanuel has devoted considerable time to training, coaching and mentoring small business owners and budding entrepreneurs in major African countries. He is also actively engaged in seminar, conference and workshop facilitation, as well as public speaking on such themes as business leadership, workplace transformation and successful entrepreneurship.
As a business and organizational coach, he supports business owners, leaders and managers to discover, and leverage their uniqueness for brand differentiation in the marketplace. His powerful “STEP UP” (Strategy, Thought, Energy and Passion) business transformation model has in this regard assisted tens of entrepreneurs and small business owners/managers in particular to uncover hidden wealth in their businesses.
The value that he adds to organizations derives from his business development and corporate strategy planning skills, which have been deployed in both the private and public sectors of several African countries. His goal is always to support organisations and businesses to create value and consequently wealth, by improving their marketplace impact through optimum resource integration.
Some of Dr. Imevbore’s past and current clients in South Africa include: MTN, Loita Group, Ethix Resources (Pty) Ltd, Transnet, Capital Alliance (Pty) Ltd., Ariviakom (Pty) Ltd., Legal Aid Board, Selomako Investment Holdings. As an entrepreneur himself, Emmanuel’s passion for entrepreneurship development inspired his establishment of some online business building and management education initiatives. Dr. Imevbore is a prolific writer. Apart from writing and managing a weekly column in BusinessDay Nigeria on coaching for more than five years, he has also authored several business books.
